Frequently Asked Questions

Where Do We Take Our Photos?

We leave the location up to you. You can take a look at our "Locations" page to see our favorite spots but we are always open to trying new places. We are willing to travel to you and try new things. If you want some location recommendations, just reach out and we'd be happy to give you some!

What Should I Wear?

Seniors: For full senior sessions (1-hour), we recommend 2-3 outfits. Typically, people do one more formal outfit, one casual outfit, and one outfit that represents their school or where they are heading off to. For half sessions (30 minutes), we recommend 1-2 outfits.

Families/Engagements: It looks best if you coordinate and don't match. Solid colors or basic patterns usually photograph the best. If you have a piece that you love and want to know what colors would look best with it, just reach out and Nina (the style expert) can help you decide what will look best.

Dance: Usually solid colors are best. We recommend something that is form-fitting that you are comfortable in. Make sure that your outfit is appropriate for the location that you choose (I wouldn't recommend a sports bra and booty shorts inside of a mall, but maybe for in the studio)

How Long Before I Receive My Photos?

Our typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks or less. My ultimate goal is 1 week after a shoot to have any galleries delivered. If you are still waiting on a gallery, please email or message me. I will get the information sent over right away. All photos are delivered via online gallery where you are free to download all images in the gallery and print wherever you'd like. I will print and ship to you but it is more economical for you to print on your own to save a few dollars.

When Do I Pay

Payment is due at the time of your session. If that doesn't work and you need us to work something out, we'd be more than happy to do that for you. Just let us know!

What Are Your Accepted Forms of Payment?

We take it all! Cash or check are preferred but we also accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, CashApp, and Zelle. I do accept credit cards but there is a service charge associated with those so I do not recommend that. but you're welcome to pay that way.

Will You Photograph My Wedding?

Currently, weddings are not in the cards for us. We one day wish to add weddings to our portfolio, but not at this time. Please stay tuned though and if you are looking for a Wedding Photographer, we might be able to work something out with you. It never hurts to ask.

How Much Does It Cost?

Cost varies based on the type of shoot, the length of the shoot, and the type of shoot. You can head over to the "Book Online" tab and it will show you the starting cost for each session type. For the most part, the price you see there is the price you pay. There are rare occurrences where those prices change.

Do I Pay A Deposit?

Unlike most photographers out there, you do not need a deposit to secure your time. When you book, we will put you on the calendar and once you confirm your session, it's there to stay. The reason we don't ask for a deposit is because things happen like sickness, weather, and other crazy things that if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, there is no penalty to you.
